The role of Valet Parking Attendant at Four Seasons entails delivering exceptional guest services from the moment guests arrive. This position involves welcoming guests by opening car doors, assisting with luggage, issuing valet tickets, and managing parking logistics to ensure a smooth flow of traffic. Attendants act as the first point of contact, greeting both arriving guests and local patrons, opening hotel doors, and guiding guests to the Front Desk. They offer insightful local recommendations and handle guest inquiries with professionalism and courtesy. Additional duties include directing taxis, resolving any customer concerns with empathy, and collaborating harmoniously with other departments to maintain a seamless guest experience.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy fast-paced environments, take pride in attentive customer service, and possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Experience with driving both manual and automatic transmissions is necessary, along with previous guest-facing experience preferred. Job Requirements

  • Work authorization in the United States required
  • valid driver’s license required with a clean driving record
  • experience driving vehicles with manual and automatic transmissions
  • previous experience in guest-oriented, fast-paced work environment preferred
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • good physical condition

Job Duties

  • Greet guests by opening their car doors and welcoming them
  • assist guests descending from vehicles
  • issue appropriate valet parking tickets to guests

  • open hotel doors for all guests and patrons
  • guide guests to the Front Desk for check-in
  • offer services to transport luggage and escort guests to their rooms
  • assure smooth flow of traffic by directing vehicles and valet parkers
  • provide guests with directions and local information
  • hail taxis as needed
  • handle all guest interactions with hospitality and professionalism
  • resolve customer complaints
  • assist customers with inquiries regarding hotel services, local area, and events
  • work harmoniously with all hotel departments
