Four Seasons Hotel Austin is currently looking to hire a Valet Parking Attendant to join its dynamic Rooms Team. This role is essential to maintaining the high standards of guest service that Four Seasons is known for. The ideal candidate will approach their duties with excitement and dedication, ensuring that each guest’s arrival and departure is handled smoothly and courteously. Valet Parking Attendants at Four Seasons anticipate guest needs, personalize their service, and demonstrate thorough knowledge of all menu options to enhance the overall guest experience. Working cooperatively with other team members is key to success in this position, as satisfying guests depends on a united and respectful team effort.
As a Valet Parking Attendant, you will be responsible for the safe driving, parking, and retrieval of guest vehicles, greeting guests warmly, and providing exceptional customer service from the moment guests arrive on property. The role requires flexibility, as the hotel operates 24/7, 365 days a year, and employees must be available for morning, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts. Job Requirements
- Must be able to drive a manual transmission
- valid State of Texas driver’s license
- work authorization in the United States
- flexible availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- capacity to stand and walk for long periods
- ability to handle guest vehicles responsibly and safely
