This valet position is a tipped role, providing the opportunity for additional earnings beyond the stated salary, rewarding outstanding customer service and attentiveness. As part of their responsibilities, attendants must reliably follow the hotel's operational policies and safety procedures to ensure guest vehicles are treated with the utmost care and respect. Adherence to traffic control measures and careful monitoring of parking areas ensure safety and efficiency in all valet operations.

Furthermore, the role extends to supporting other hotel functions such as assisting bell and door staff and offering basic guidance to guests regarding hotel amenities and local information. This multifaceted role requires a Valet Attendant to be adaptable, courteous, and able to communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment. Candidates for this position are required to hold a valid Nevada State Driver's license with a clean driving record, showcasing their reliability and trustworthy nature, which are essential qualities for this role. Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written, are necessary to interact professionally with guests and other hotel staff. The ability to work independently, maintain a cohesive team environment, and reliably perform duties efficiently are critical for consistent success.

Though previous experience in valet parking is preferred, the hotel emphasizes the importance of a positive attitude, quick learning ability, and a proactive approach to job responsibilities. A high school diploma is preferred but not an absolute requirement, and candidates must be at least 18 years of age. This foundational role offers an excellent entry point into the hospitality industry with significant opportunities for personal and professional growth within a respected and established hotel brand.
