Job Requirements

  • Valid Nevada State Driver's license with a clean drivers record
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, fluent English and articulate
  • Ability to work efficiently, independently and cohesively, consistently producing quality results
  • High school diploma preferred
  • Minimum age requirement is 18
  • Previous Valet Parking experience preferred
  • Ability to read and understand all policies and procedures
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with guests, employees, and members of management in English
  • Must be able to complete standard forms and reports

Job Duties

  • Adhere to all policies and procedures of the Valet Parking Department
  • Provide positive service standards including courtesy, sincerity and enthusiasm to all guests and patrons of the hotel
  • Park and retrieve all guests and patrons cars using care and caution, following all departmental rules and regulations as well as driving safety rules
  • Maintain a clean and safe working area
  • Assist Bell and Door employees as needed
  • Write claim tickets for guests vehicles being parked as specified in departmental rules
  • Perform duties of traffic control and monitoring driveway lanes to efficiently park and retrieve guests vehicles
