Job Requirements
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must have a clean driving record with minimal moving violations in the last two years
- Must know and obey all traffic regulations
- Must have excellent hand-eye coordination
- Must have basic knowledge of customer service best practices
- Must be able to run short distances
- Must be very fast and efficient
- Must be available to work 3 Saturdays per month
Job Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Clean driving record with minimal moving violations in the last two years
- Basic knowledge of customer service best practices
- Strong hand-eye coordination
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is a plus
Job Duties
- Provide an exceptional experience and leave a positive impression with the guests arriving and leaving the establishment
- Retrieve vehicles for the customers
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Adhere to all traffic regulations and safety protocols when handling vehicles
- Communicate effectively with guests to promptly address queries or concerns
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the valet parking area
- Assist in coordinating vehicle flow to ensure efficient service
