Job Requirements
- frequent standing walking bending lifting up to 50 lbs
- outdoor work in varying weather conditions
- flexible schedule including evenings weekends holidays and special events
Job Qualifications
- previous valet driving or hospitality experience preferred luxury hotel experience a plus
- valid driver's license with a clean record
- professional appearance and demeanor
- strong communication teamwork and attention to detail

Job Duties
- greet guests warmly with a smile eye contact and enthusiastic hospitality
- remain fully present attentive and ready at the valet stand or entrance at all times
- respond with urgency to guest arrivals departures and requests
- safely park and retrieve vehicles manual and automatic following all hotel procedures
- assist with luggage deliver to rooms and provide a room orientation highlighting amenities and in-room controls
- anticipate guest needs elevate concerns and recommend personalized or enhanced services
- collaborate with team members and other departments for seamless service
