The Valet Parking Attendant is responsible for managing guest vehicles safely and efficiently, ensuring prompt and courteous service from parking to retrieval. - Prior experience in customer service or guest services roles is preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs and push or pull up to 200lbs
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Driver's license

Job Duties
- Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor as they arrive at our establishment
- Direct guests on parking and the check-in process
- Assist guests with any inquiries or special requests they may have including luggage retrieval or delivery to their room
- Safely and responsibly handle guest vehicles including parking and retrieval
- Utilize manual transmission vehicles for parking when necessary
- Majority of shifts are standing and include walking
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs and push or pull up to 200lbs
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the parking areas
- Collaborate with the hospitality team to ensure seamless guest experiences
