Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- valid driver’s license
- must be within commuting distance from the work location
- one month of related experience or equivalent education and experience combination
Job Qualifications

- one month of related experience or equivalent education and experience combination
- understanding of customer service principles
- effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- basic math skills for handling cash and vehicle key documentation
- knowledge of military time and parking rates
- ability to operate a manual transmission and perform parallel parking is a plus
Job Duties
- Exhibit a friendly and professional demeanor with all guests and coworkers
- greet guests within five feet of proximity by name
- utilize proper greeting protocols and maintain visibility in designated areas when tasks are not being completed
- safely park and retrieve vehicles, assist with guest luggage, and open doors for guests
- provide guests with information on directions, transportation, reservations, and local attractions
- deliver messages and amenities as required
- explain parking fees and procedures to guests upon arrival
- manage claim tickets and vehicle documentation consistently
