This position is a full-time role located in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, within the 11601 Non Enterprise Corporate - Parking Department. The role operates on a 40-hour work week with a base schedule typically from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, though it is a floater position with schedule and hours subject to variation. The position offers a pay range from $18.50 to $27.75 per hour and is benefits eligible from day one.

The primary responsibility of this role involves providing outstanding customer service to guests and patients by maintaining safety and efficiency in the parking environment. This includes greeting guests with a courteous and helpful attitude, ensuring clear and safe pedestrian and vehicular traffic areas, completing necessary paperwork accurately, and handling monetary transactions securely. Responsibilities extend to operating golf carts as needed and adhering strictly to Medical Center standards to foster a cooperative and professional work environment. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team. Candidates must be able to stand or walk for prolonged periods and demonstrate sound basic math skills for payment processing.
