The Valet Parker role is an integral part of our commitment to outstanding guest service and efficient vehicle management. This position involves greeting guests warmly upon arrival and departure, ensuring a smooth and respectful interaction that aligns with our high standards of hospitality. Valet Parkers are responsible for parking and retrieving vehicles promptly, using claim tickets to guarantee accurate delivery. A key component of the role includes handling guests' luggage and packages, which may involve lifting or carrying items up to 75 pounds and ensuring their safe transfer to designated areas for bell staff retrieval. The position demands adherence to our sustainability initiatives, specifically HHM's EarthView program, reflecting our dedication to environmentally responsible operations. Valet Parkers must observe strict safety protocols, including using protective equipment and following OSHA and MSDS regulations. - ability to lift and carry packages or luggage up to 75 pounds
- previous related experience is a plus
- ability to work varying schedules including holidays and weekends

Job Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival and departure
- park guest vehicles and retrieve valet-parked guest vehicles in a timely and courteous manner
- use claim tickets to ensure appropriate delivery of vehicles
- grasp, lift and/or carry packages, luggage or boxes up to 75 lbs from cars, buses and vans
- place packages and luggage onto baggage carts or in a secure area for retrieval by bell staff
- read luggage tags and provide claim tickets for luggage retrieval
- follow sustainability guidelines and practices related to HHM’s EarthView program
- practice safe work habits and wear protective safety equipment
- follow MSDS and OSHA standards
- perform other duties as requested by management
