The Valet Parker role is an integral part of our commitment to outstanding guest service and efficient vehicle management. Valet Parkers are responsible for parking and retrieving vehicles promptly, using claim tickets to guarantee accurate delivery. A key component of the role includes handling guests' luggage and packages, which may involve lifting or carrying items up to 75 pounds and ensuring their safe transfer to designated areas for bell staff retrieval. The position demands adherence to our sustainability initiatives, specifically HHM's EarthView program, reflecting our dedication to environmentally responsible operations. Valet Parkers must observe strict safety protocols, including using protective equipment and following OSHA and MSDS regulations.
