Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to lift and move packages and luggage weighing up to 75 pounds
- willingness to work varied schedules including holidays and weekends
- physical ability to stand, walk, push, lift, bend, stoop, kneel, and crouch for extended periods
- adherence to safety protocols and use of protective equipment
- strong guest service orientation
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous related experience is a plus
- ability to handle physical tasks including lifting and carrying heavy items
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- commitment to guest service excellence
- knowledge of safety and sustainability practices is beneficial
Job Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival and departure with courtesy and professionalism
- park guest vehicles and retrieve valet-parked guest vehicles promptly
- use claim tickets and luggage tags to ensure accurate delivery of vehicles and belongings
- lift, carry, and move packages, luggage, or boxes up to 75 pounds onto baggage carts or secure areas
- follow sustainability guidelines related to HHM’s EarthView program
- practice safe work habits including wearing protective safety equipment and adhering to MSDS and OSHA standards
- perform additional duties as assigned by management
