Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- strong driving record
- valid driver's license
- ability to drive manual transmission and perform parallel parking
- experience in guest service or hospitality preferred
- ability to lift and carry luggage
- willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- annual Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) report review

Job Duties
- Park and retrieve guest cars safely and according to hotel standards
- deliver suitcases, packages, and documents as requested
- keep record of calls for service
- greet guests at front door or car upon arrival
- escort incoming and outgoing guests to and from rooms, assist with luggage, and provide information about hotel services and local attractions
- assist in de-icing pavement, sidewalks, and other areas as needed
- remove ice from guests' windshields and provide umbrellas when necessary
- maintain a presentable appearance with well-groomed and pressed uniform
- ensure safety and security of guests and team members at all times in the valet parking areas
