Job Duties
- Open doors and assist guests and visitors entering and leaving the hotel
- Control and direct traffic of personal and commercial vehicles including guests vehicles, taxis, limousines, and buses to ensure legal parking and maintain smooth and efficient traffic flow
- Provide directions and information to guests about hotel amenities, services, service hours, and local points of interest
- Monitor and maintain security, protection, and cleanliness of parking areas and levels
- Report any risks to vehicles or security issues to the manager or supervisor
- Maintain security of vehicles and their keys
- Communicate parking usage procedures to guests and visitors
- Comply with all company policies and procedures
- Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe working conditions to management
- Participate in safety training and obtain necessary certifications
- Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
- Protect company property
- Greet guests following company standards
- Anticipate guest service needs and attend to them
- Assist persons with disabilities
- Use clear and professional language in communication
- Answer telephones using appropriate protocol
- Cultivate and maintain positive working relationships
- Support team goals
- Adhere to quality assurance expectations and standards
- Stand, sit, or walk for prolonged periods
- Move, lift, transport, push, drag, and position objects up to 10 pounds unassisted
- Perform other reasonable job duties as assigned by supervisors
