Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- basic English reading, writing, and communication skills
- strong attention to detail
- ability to handle stressful situations with poise
- ability to stand 100% of the shift
- ability to lift, push, and pull up to 20 pounds
- ability to carry up to 10 pounds
- flexible schedule based on business needs
- successfully pass a background and driving record check

Job Duties
- greet and welcome guests in a proper manner
- communicate and answer customer questions clearly and professionally
- open car and hotel doors for guests and assist with coats and luggage
- offer information about hotel services, local points of interest, and entertainment attractions
- assist guests with special needs or disabilities
- fill out valet ticket properly and conduct vehicle damage check
- retrieve and park vehicles quickly and efficiently
- maintain keys in an organized and secure manner
- maintain a clean, professional, and well-groomed appearance
- keep the valet area clean, organized, and inviting
- work closely with hotel staff to ensure smooth guest arrivals and departures
- communicate effectively with colleagues to coordinate valet operations
- support team members during busy periods or special events
- follow all safety protocols and guidelines
- report accidents, injuries, or incidents to supervisor immediately
- perform routine inspections of the valet area and equipment
- maintain a positive attitude with a passion for providing exceptional service
- uphold impeccable grooming and professional appearance
- provide genuine assistance and strive to exceed guest expectations
