Job Duties
- Lead and support the valet team during shifts
- ensure smooth vehicle flow, parking, and retrieval
- deliver excellent guest service and handle escalations professionally
- safely park and retrieve guest vehicles
- assist guests with luggage and provide basic hotel information
- train team members and uphold safety and service standards
