As a Valet Greeter, you will engage directly with clients by greeting them upon arrival, assisting with vehicle-related needs such as opening doors and handling luggage, and providing valuable information about the facility and services. The role demands professionalism, attentiveness, and a customer-oriented mindset to effectively communicate parking rates, issue claim checks, and maintain safety and security within the valet area. Responsibilities also include monitoring for any irregular activities, collaborating closely with colleagues and supervisors, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
