Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Basic English reading, writing, and communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to handle stressful situations with poise
Ability to stand 100% of the shift and meet physical requirements (lift/push/pull up to 20 pounds, carry up to 10 pounds)
Flexible schedule based on business needs
Successfully pass a background and driving record check
Previous experience in hospitality or high-end customer service role preferred

Job Duties

Greet and welcome all guests properly
Explain prices and car retrieval procedures clearly to guests
Open hotel doors for guests and assist with luggage
Offer information about hotel services and local attractions
Assist guests with special needs or disabilities
Fill out valet tickets accurately and conduct vehicle damage checks
Retrieve and park vehicles quickly and efficiently
Maintain keys in an organized and secure manner
Maintain a clean, professional, and well-groomed appearance
Ensure the valet area is clean, organized, and inviting
Work closely with hotel staff to ensure smooth guest arrivals and departures
Communicate effectively with colleagues to coordinate valet operations
Support team members during busy periods or special events
Follow all safety protocols and guidelines
Report any accidents or incidents immediately
Perform routine inspections of valet area and equipment
Exhibit a positive attitude and genuine desire to assist guests
Uphold impeccable grooming and professional appearance standards
