Job Requirements
- Minimum age requirement is 21
- Must have a valid driver's license for the state in which the property is located
- Have a clean driving record
- Must be able to drive both manual and automatic transmissions
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests, team members and management

Job Duties
- Operate and park guests' cars in a safe and efficient manner
- Interact with guests in a friendly and positive manner
- Record any damage that exists on guests' automobiles prior to accepting and parking the vehicle
- Properly and accurately park guests' vehicles in correct parking lot spaces
- Lock guests' vehicles and correctly secure the keys
- Keep driveway clear of any cars that need to be parked
- Return the car to the guest in a prompt manner and in the same condition it was in when the guest left it
- Ensure a safe and clean working environment
