- Valid driver's license issued by the state where the property is located
- Clean driving record
- Ability to drive manual and automatic transmission vehicles
- Effective communication skills with guests, team members and management

Job Duties
- Operate and park guests' cars in a safe and efficient manner
- Interact with guests in a friendly and positive manner
- Record any damage that exists on the guest's automobile prior to accepting and parking the vehicle
- Properly and accurately park the guests' vehicles in correct parking lot spaces
- Lock guests' vehicles and correctly secure the keys
- Keep driveway clear of any cars that need to be parked
- Return the car to the guest in a prompt manner and in the same condition it was in when the guest left it
- Ensure a safe and clean working environment
