must have a valid driver's license for state in which the property is located
clean driving record
able to drive both manual and automatic transmissions
effective communication skills

ability to communicate effectively with guests, team members and management

Job Duties

operate and park guests' cars in a safe and efficient manner
interact with guests in a friendly and positive manner
record any damage that exists on the guest's automobile prior to accepting and parking the vehicle
properly and accurately park the guests' vehicles in correct parking lot spaces
lock guests' vehicles and correctly secure the keys
keep driveway clear of any cars that need to be parked
return the car to the guest in a prompt manner and in the same condition it was in when the guest left it
ensure a safe and clean working environment
