Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Florida driver’s license with passenger endorsement
- Clean driving record
- Ability to communicate clearly in English verbally and in writing
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work weekends including Saturdays and Sundays

Job Duties
- Ensuring safe operation of customer vehicles according to laws and community policies
- Providing parking and retrieval of vehicles in designated spaces while recording vehicle locations and securing keys and tickets
- Delivering exceptional hospitality and customer service by assisting with opening vehicle and building doors
- Assisting with package delivery within the community as required
- Collaborating with team members to maintain a safe and efficient parking environment
- Communicating clearly and professionally with residents and guests
- Adhering to all Belmont Village Senior Living safety and operational protocols
