The Valet Driver position at Mercy Hospital South is a vital role within Towne Park’s team, primarily focused on delivering extraordinary hospitality to hospital guests. Job Duties

  • Maintain pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with guests and co-workers
  • Acknowledge and greet guests within five feet
  • Use guest last names during interactions
  • Park and retrieve vehicles safely and cautiously
  • Assist guests with bell services and luggage storage
  • Open vehicle and hotel doors for guests
  • Provide directions, taxi arrangements, and information about amenities
  • Deliver messages, items, and guest amenities as requested
  • Shuttle guests to approved locations
  • Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures
  • Issue and collect claim checks properly
  • Complete and maintain ticket information including key tags, vehicle location, and damage survey
  • Calculate and collect revenue for parking services
