The company fosters a professional yet welcoming atmosphere, where employees are encouraged to develop their skills and take new opportunities to advance their careers. The role offers a flexible work environment with various shift options including weekends and evenings, catering to diverse schedules.

Compensation for this role ranges from $9.00 to $12.00 per hour, plus tips, providing a competitive wage for entry-level drivers. SP+ is an equal opportunity employer committed to a workforce inclusive of all races, colors, religions, sexes, ages, national origins, and other protected classes. The company also maintains policies against harassment and retaliation, promoting a respectful and supportive workplace.

Potential candidates should be prepared to provide proof of eligibility to work in the U.S., maintain a clean and presentable uniform, and have reliable attendance. Physical requirements include the ability to stand, walk, and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds, meeting the demands of a fast-paced valet setting. SP+ emphasizes safety, professionalism, and thorough training to ensure its employees and customers can trust in the quality of service provided.
