Job Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to safely operate vehicles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to document and report vehicle damage accurately
- Capacity to operate mechanical lifts and vehicle elevators
- Prior experience in valet or similar role preferred
- Ability to maintain professional demeanor and deliver exceptional customer service

- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to operate mechanical lift systems and vehicle elevators
- Knowledge of traffic and motor vehicle safety laws
- Attention to detail when inspecting vehicles for damage
- Professional and courteous attitude towards residents and visitors
Job Duties
- Maintain pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with all residents and visitors
- Acknowledge, greet, and welcome residents and visitors to the property using appropriate protocols
- Answer questions related to the valet services offered and provide directions when requested
- Responsibly and safely park and retrieve resident and visitor vehicles complying with all applicable traffic laws
- Assess and document vehicle damage before taking any vehicle and immediately report any damage caused during parking and retrieval
- Follow process and procedures for recording parking space locations and securing vehicle keys
- Operate mechanical lift system and vehicle elevators according to safety procedures and report malfunctions to supervisor
- Assist residents and visitors with directions and inquiries or refer to appropriate resources
