Job Requirements
- Experience operating automatic and manual transportation vehicles
- Valid driver’s license accepted by Kalahari Resort insurance
- Preferred experience in hotel, resort, or related field
- Ability to approach guests and associates in a friendly, service-oriented manner
- Capability to load, unload, and assist with luggage handling
Job Qualifications
- Experience in operating various types of transportation vehicles, including automatic and manual
- Valid driver’s license accepted by Kalahari Resort insurance
- Previous experience in hotel, resort, or related field preferred
Job Duties
- Approach all encounters with guests and associates in a friendly, service-oriented manner
- Load and unload luggage carts and assist guests with the tagging, storing, and retrieving of luggage
- Open vehicle and hotel doors and greet arriving and departing guests
- Respond to guest questions and answer information on local attractions, events and daily activities in the hotel
- Perform other duties as required by management
