Candidates will engage in activities that require mobility and physical activity such as walking, bending, kneeling, and occasionally jogging, ensuring dynamic and varied work. Alongside operational duties, employees will support the service drive by pulling up cars, assisting customers, and delivering a high standard of client service both in person and throughout the dealership's client lounges. Job Duties

  • Greet customers as they arrive
  • Move vehicles throughout the dealership
  • Transport customers using courtesy vehicles or shuttles
  • Pick up and deliver customer vehicles
  • Complete proper paperwork when handling client vehicles
  • Ensure loaner cars are clean and fueled
  • Use MyKaarma for transactions and Logitrac for loaner agreements
  • Organize vehicle inventory around the dealership
  • Provide vehicle wash and quality control where applicable
  • Assist in service drive parking and pulling up cars
  • Greet and assist customers in the drive and lounges
  • Assist with various tasks to learn dealership operations
