- at least one month of related experience or a combination of education and training
- ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English

Job Duties
- maintain a friendly and professional demeanor with all guests and team members
- greet guests promptly and use their last names during interactions
- welcome guests with today’s salutation and practice proper phone etiquette
- remain available in designated areas when not engaged in tasks
- carefully park and retrieve vehicles while assisting guests with their luggage and other needs
- provide guests with directions, taxi services, and other inquiries while sharing information about hotel amenities and local attractions
- explain parking rates and procedures, manage claim checks, and ensure that all vehicle and guest information is accurately recorded and maintained
