Job Requirements
- Less than high school education or one month related experience, training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Prior valet driving experience preferred
- Valid state driver’s license with current address and acceptable driving record
- Ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle is a plus
- Availability to work varying shifts including 2nd, 3rd shifts and weekends if required
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and correspondence
- Ability to write simple correspondence
- Strong customer service skills
- Basic mathematical ability with American money
- Maintain neat and clean appearance in uniform
- Ability to use telephone, two-way radio, calculator or credit card machine
- Ability to maintain pleasant demeanor on phone and in person
- Ability to respond to customer problems or complaints
- Apply common sense to carry out written or oral instructions
- Adapt to changes, delays or unexpected events
- Capable of frequent sitting and standing
- Ability to use phone or two-way radio

Job Duties
- Coordinate the parking and retrieving of guest vehicles by Valet Attendants
- Secure and keep track of all vehicle keys
- Ensure timely dispatching of Valet Attendants
- Monitor guests’ wait times for their vehicles to meet service standards
- Assist with safe movement of guest vehicles as needed
- Accept and process valet fees
- Answer telephone using proper etiquette
- Inform customers of valet rates and provide directions
- Respond to customer questions and issues promptly and courteously
- Report accidents, safety hazards, and policy violations
- Assist Ramp Supervisor to maintain clear ramp area
- Maintain cleanliness of the garage office area
- Be punctual and maintain uniform
- Assist Supervisors and Managers with additional duties as assigned
