Job Duties
- process forms of payment for goods and services including room charges, credit card and cash
- serve as the first and final point of contact for valet service guests
- ensure guest satisfaction through professional and attentive interactions
- maintain accuracy and efficiency in all payment transactions
- support the valet team in daily operations
- manage guest requests and resolve issues promptly
- uphold the resort's standards of service excellence
