Job Requirements

Must know how to drive both manual and automatic transmission vehicles
Possess math skills sufficient to calculate time and money
Able to understand verbal instructions and act accordingly promptly

Must have unrestricted authorization to work in the US
Must be at least 18 years old
Valid driver's license as per location requirements
Willing to pass a math test
Willing to submit to drug, background, and driving record checks
Able to work in the specified city and state area
Willing and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Able to stand for extended periods
Able to walk and move quickly to assist customers and travel ramps as needed

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or GED
Professional experience parking cars or as a valet attendant
Prior customer service industry experience
Excellent communication skills to interact with co-workers, superiors, and customers
Strong time management skills and ability to perform in a fast-paced, high customer volume environment
Positive attitude and strong customer focus
Ability to grasp, push, scoop, and lift up to 50 pounds as needed

Job Duties

Drive and maneuver automatic and stick shift cars in confined areas such as underground facilities, surface lots, and parking garage ramps
Return to work stations quickly to facilitate optimal customer flow
Handle each vehicle with care and attention following facility safety precautions
Provide outstanding customer service by responding to customer needs, questions, and complaints promptly
Assist customers in and out of vehicles when necessary
Report any accidents, hazards, maintenance needs, or suspicious activities immediately to management
Monitor work area and property for safety and security and respond effectively to dangerous situations
