Job Requirements

High school or equivalent education
Previous customer service experience
Ability to stand for up to 7 hours per day
Capable of walking and performing physical tasks throughout the workday
Good visual and hearing acuity
Ability to perform repetitive motions, bending, climbing, and grasping
Willingness to work primarily outdoors
Must pass pre-employment substance abuse testing

Job Qualifications

High school or equivalent education required
Previous customer service experience desired

Job Duties

Receive and communicate all vehicle pulls to the key control coordinator
Input and control the parking charges and take required parking service payment and handle cash accordingly
Answer all calls from guest rooms regarding vehicles to be pulled
Ensure vehicles are pulled in a timely manner and to the guest specification
Organize and communicate outside transportation
