The current opportunity at Encore Service Group is for a Valet Booth Attendant based at a local hospital. This is a full-time position encompassing five shifts per week, Monday through Friday, with no work on weekends or major holidays. The position offers a competitive hourly wage of $14.00 and shifts run from 12 pm to 8 pm. Full-time employees are eligible for medical, dental, and optical benefits, as well as paid time off (PTO) after 60 days of employment.

The Valet Booth Attendant is a crucial member of the valet team, playing a direct role in customer service and hospitality within the hospital environment. This role requires individuals who are detail-oriented, energetic, dependable, trustworthy, and possess a positive attitude along with strong communication skills. The attendant is responsible for securing guests arriving at and departing from the hospital parking lot, ensuring each visitor receives attentive, friendly, and exceptional hospitality service.

Responsibilities include greeting patients, guests, and hospital staff courteously, assisting with inquiries about valet services and the hospital itself, and maintaining a professional demeanor regardless of circumstances. The role demands organization, assertiveness, and a genuine friendliness, as well as teamwork and adherence to Encore Service Group’s uniform policy. Being part of a smooth-operating valet team, the attendant also needs to manage car volume and visitor questions efficiently.

Essential job functions require the ability to stand and walk throughout shifts, maintain punctuality, wear identification badges, and look presentable and professional. Candidates must hold a valid driver's license, maintain a clean driving record, be able to pass background checks and drug screening, and have reliable transportation. Job Duties

  • Report to work on time for all scheduled shifts ready to work
  • Team member is expected to wear his/her badge at all times
  • Greet patients, guests and hospital staff in a courteous manner and address them by name whenever possible
  • Assist patients and family members with general questions regarding both the valet service and the client hospital
  • Ensure customers are receiving timely service
  • Maintain a polite and professional demeanor at all times, regardless of the situation
  • Valet booth attendant are responsible for questions from visitors to the hospital and car volume
