Job Requirements
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Top level customer service experience
- Must be able to drive standard and automatic vehicles
- Valid CA drivers license
- Ability to climb stairs
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to walk and stand for extended periods
- Ability to bend
- Good hearing and manual dexterity

Job Duties
- Welcome and assist all arriving guests by helping unload luggage from vehicle
- Assist guests with luggage to and from rooms
- Answer guest questions regarding local area facilities and directions
- Ensure hotel entrance is free of litter and debris at all times
- Respond to guest needs promptly in delivering items such as dry cleaning, newspapers, packages
- Greet guests upon arrival
- Perform valet ticketing duties
- Drive guests' cars to assigned parking facility
- Assess and note any vehicle damages
- Follow all traffic regulations using extreme caution
