This company prides itself on its commitment to outstanding customer service, ensuring that every interaction contributes to making a positive impact and creating smiles every day. Towne Park’s mission revolves around delivering compassionate and friendly services that ease the anxiety of patients and their families, provide memorable experiences for visitors in unfamiliar cities, and foster a supportive environment for colleagues and team members.

The Guest Service Associate role at Towne Park is an integral position responsible for upholding the company's high standards of hospitality and service excellence. This position offers an hourly wage starting at $12.45 per hour plus tips, with a work schedule that varies across days and shifts, providing flexibility to the employee. The role centers on providing attentive, friendly, and efficient service to guests, ensuring their experiences are comfortable and hassle-free. A Guest Service Associate’s primary duties include parking and retrieving guest vehicles safely and promptly, assisting with guest luggage handling during arrivals and departures, and offering helpful information about local attractions and facility amenities.

This role requires the associate to maintain a professional and welcoming demeanor at all times, greeting guests warmly within five feet, using their last names during interactions, and practicing excellent phone etiquette. The Guest Service Associate is expected to manage vehicle parking and retrieval cautiously, open doors for guests, assist with bell services, and provide shuttle services as needed. Additionally, associates explain parking rates, complete all ticketing and charge procedures accurately, and handle revenue collection in a courteous manner.

Safety and customer satisfaction are core priorities, and associates are entrusted to act within established guidelines, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery. The role is physically demanding, requiring the ability to lift heavy objects, work outdoors for extended periods, and perform various physical tasks such as walking, running, climbing stairs, stooping, and crouching. Towne Park accommodates employees with disabilities, applying reasonable adjustments to help them perform their job functions effectively.

Employees in this role are eligible for several benefits, including accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, telemedicine benefits, and participation in the company’s 401(k) retirement savings plan, depending on job classification and employment duration. While seasonal and temporary employees are not eligible for benefits, regular team members enjoy a comprehensive package that supports their health and financial well-being.

Joining Towne Park as a Guest Service Associate offers a rewarding career with growth potential in the hospitality industry.
