Encore Service Group is currently seeking exceptional Valet Team Members to join their team at a local hospital. This role is crucial in enhancing the patient and guest experience by providing reliable, courteous, and professional valet services. This is a physically active position requiring individuals who are responsible, detail-oriented, energetic, and compassionate. The schedule for this role is from 2PM to 10PM, Monday through Friday, with some weekend availability. The compensation is competitive with a base pay starting at $15 per hour plus tips. Additionally, Encore offers attractive benefits including medical, dental, and optical insurance, along with paid time off after 60 days of full-time employment.

The Valet Team Member is expected to embody the company’s mission by making a lasting positive impression through every interaction. Candidates should have a positive mindset, excellent communication skills, and be open to feedback. Although a background in hospitality is preferred, it is not mandatory, highlighting Encore’s commitment to training and developing their employees. The role involves greeting patients, guests, and hospital staff respectfully and by name when possible, managing vehicle parking and retrieval safely and efficiently, and maintaining high standards of professionalism, appearance, and customer service.

Physical stamina is a key requirement for this role since it involves walking, running, and standing throughout shifts in all weather conditions. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and be able to pass a background check and drug screen. Reliable transportation and proof of flu shot before starting training are also requisite.
