Seasonal and temporary roles, however, are not eligible for these benefits.
The Guest Service Associate must maintain a pleasant and professional demeanor when interacting with guests, co-workers, and clients, always acknowledging guests within five feet with a friendly greeting and addressing them by their last names. Great care is taken in professional phone etiquette and operational responsibilities such as parking and vehicle retrieval, managing guest luggage, and providing helpful directions and information. They also handle the critical aspects of the valet system, including issuing and collecting claim checks, completing damage surveys, and processing payments.
Physical demands of this role include standing or sitting for extended periods, occasional running or walking, lifting up to 100 pounds, and working outdoors under various weather conditions.
