With a reputation for outstanding service and operational efficiency, Towne Park is dedicated to fostering a welcoming environment for guests while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and safety across its operations.

The Guest Service Associate role at Towne Park is essential in upholding the company’s commitment to hospitality excellence and operational effectiveness. This position requires an individual who excels in providing attentive, friendly, and efficient customer service to guests upon their arrival and departure. The role primarily involves parking and retrieving guest vehicles with great care, ensuring safety and promptness in every interaction. In addition to vehicle management, the associate assists guests with their luggage, providing bell services such as the delivery and pick-up of luggage when required. Working within a structured schedule from Monday through Sunday, this hourly role pays between $17 and $18, with an additional $2 shift differential for overnight shifts, reflecting the company’s dedication to fair and competitive compensation based on experience, skills, and location. Employees in this role have access to a variety of benefits including accident, critical illness, and hospital indemnity insurance, telemedicine, and a 401k retirement savings plan, subject to eligibility requirements based on job classification, length of employment, and hours worked. Though seasonal and temporary roles are ineligible for these benefits, permanent staff at Towne Park benefit from a comprehensive support system that encourages professional growth and personal wellness.

The Guest Service Associate regularly engages in multiple key responsibilities designed to deliver superior guest service and maintain smooth operational flow. Greeting guests warmly within five feet and addressing them by their last names exemplify the courteous service Towne Park seeks to provide. Assisting guests with directions, reservation support, and local information highlights the company’s dedication to going beyond basic parking services. The role also includes diligent processing of parking tickets, management of vehicle keys and claim checks, and collecting revenue when necessary. Working outdoors in varying weather conditions, associates must demonstrate physical endurance, the ability to exert significant force for lifting luggage or equipment, and maintain vigilance in safety protocols while operating vehicles cautiously within the facility.
