  • ability to competently park a guest's vehicle and competently bring down the guests vehicle
  • ability to understand and comply with all company and departmental rules and regulations, policies and procedures

Job Duties

  • Parks guest's vehicles
  • proper and safe use of the man-lift
  • retrieves guest's vehicle from parking garage and secures the guest's vehicle
  • hangs keys on the keyboard on the proper hook
  • removes keys from the keyboard and properly matches to the valet ticket numbers
  • files valet tickets in the ticket rack provided
  • answers the phone professionally and courteously
  • maintains cleanliness of key booth
  • keeps the valet office door closed when absent from the office
  • drives guests with oversized vehicles to the employee lot and returns guests to their vehicles
  • allows no one to park outside the valet office without leaving his or her key with valet
  • tickets guest vehicles and helps them with luggage
  • moves luggage and or calls a bell person
  • pulls luggage out of the luggage room for guests when bellmen is unavailable
