Job Requirements
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience and/or training
- Previous similar position in a hotel or similar business entity preferred
- Availability to work on weekends and holidays
- For insurance purposes candidates must be over 21 years of age
- Must be able to drive all vehicle types
- Ability to drive both manual and automatic
- Ability to stand kneel squat for prolonged periods of time up to and including the entire shift and lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to maintain a friendly professional team-oriented positive demeanor and diplomatic attitude especially under stress or challenges
Job Qualifications

- A combination of experience education and/or training may be substituted for either requirement
- Previous similar position in a hotel or similar business entity preferred

Job Duties
- Safely drive and park guest vehicles in hotel garage areas adhering to all traffic regulations
- Assess and document vehicle condition noting any damage on claim tickets
- Store and secure vehicle keys responsibly
- Open hotel doors and provide a friendly welcome when not parking or retrieving vehicles
- Assist guests with luggage and golf clubs providing temporary secure storage
- Perform bell duties including handling luggage escorting guests to rooms and providing general guest assistance
- Answer phones professionally and courteously
- Schedule and arrange transportation for guests
- Inform guests about local activities and amenities enthusiastically
- Collaborate with all departments to ensure guest needs are met promptly
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and staff
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as directed by the leadership team
