Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and driving record from department of motor vehicles required
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to operate manual and automatic cars
- Previous experience in bell or similar position a plus
- Flexibility for day and evening shifts including weekends

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Detailed oriented with a professional demeanor
- Knowledge of Seattle area and hotel services
- Previous experience as bell attendant or similar role preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Ability to provide friendly and efficient guest service
Job Duties
- Ensure warm, friendly, and expedient guest service upon arrival, departure, and during stay
- Provide primarily bell and shuttle service
- Assist with valet parking and vehicle management
- Communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Maintain thorough knowledge of Seattle area and hotel amenities
- Stand and work both indoors and outdoors for extended periods
- Operate manual and automatic vehicles safely and skillfully
