Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to work both indoors and outdoors
- Ability to safely operate manual and automatic vehicles
- Flexibility to work day and evening shifts including weekends
- Previous experience in a hospitality or valet role is a plus
- Excellent communication skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in valet, bell, or shuttle services is an advantage
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Detail oriented with a professional demeanor
- Familiarity with the Seattle area and hotel services
Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure
- Provide efficient bell and shuttle services to guests
- Assist with valet parking services as needed
- Maintain professional and courteous communication with guests and team members
- Ensure guest inquiries and requests are addressed promptly
- Demonstrate thorough knowledge of Seattle area and hotel amenities to assist guests
- Uphold safety and cleanliness standards in all service areas
