The company focuses on creating a seamless experience for its clients by combining technology with personal service, making every parking interaction smooth and efficient. With a strong presence across numerous locations, Towne Park caters to a variety of clients, including hotels, airports, hospitals, and event venues, positioning itself as an industry leader in hospitality-driven parking services. The company is committed to competitive and fair compensation, acknowledging the crucial role its associates play in shaping guest experiences. Towne Park values a respectful, engaging, and safe work environment for all employees, promoting opportunities for growth and success within the organization.

The Guest Service Associate role at Towne Park is a vital position responsible for ensuring exceptional hospitality for guests with attentive, friendly, and efficient service. This role involves direct interaction with guests, providing assistance with vehicle parking and retrieval, and managing luggage and other guest needs during their arrival and departure. The work schedule is Monday through Sunday, including overnight shifts that provide a $1.60 shift differential, with an hourly base pay rate of $16.90 plus tips, making it a compelling opportunity for candidates who enjoy a dynamic work environment with regular guest interaction.

In this position, the associate maintains a professional demeanor and greets guests warmly within five feet of interaction, ensuring each visitor feels welcomed and valued. They are expected to perform vehicle parking and retrieval safely and promptly while opening vehicle and hotel doors for guests and assisting with luggage as requested. The associate also provides guests with relevant information about venue amenities, local attractions, and transportation options, delivering exceptional service both on and off the premises. Meticulous record-keeping is critical as the associate issues claim checks upon receipt of vehicle keys, ensures accurate ticket information, and collects revenue when necessary.

Candidates should be prepared to work in various weather conditions, often spending the majority of their shift outdoors, sometimes for extended periods. The role requires physical stamina as it involves standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds frequently and occasionally exerting up to 100 pounds of force. Towne Park provides reasonable accommodations to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the job, reinforcing its inclusive and supportive culture.

Employees in this role are eligible to enroll in accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, telemedicine benefits, and a 401k retirement savings plan, subject to eligibility requirements related to job classification, length of employment, and hours worked. This benefit package underscores Towne Park’s commitment to its workforce’s well-being and future security, making the Guest Service Associate position both rewarding and supportive.
