Known for its commitment to excellence and resident satisfaction, KW Property Management & Consulting operates with a mission to enhance the living experience of its residents through professional management, attentive service, and upholding established community standards. The company’s core values emphasize greeting and smiling, showing respect, empowerment, accountability, positivity, trustworthiness, and transparency, all geared toward creating a welcoming and smoothly functioning environment for residents and staff alike. This culture fosters a team-oriented workplace where mutual respect and dedication to service excellence drive daily operations.
This position offers a unique dual-role opportunity combining valet services and resident support. The Valet Attendant role is primarily focused on delivering superior customer service by parking vehicles for residents and guests, ensuring timely retrieval, and maintaining a safe and orderly parking area. Approximately 25% of the role involves traditional valet responsibilities, including greeting guests as vehicles approach, managing the key control system, and coordinating with security personnel and contractors. The remaining 75% of the role focuses on assisting the Resident Services Coordinator during non-peak periods, providing resident service coordinator-level support. This includes handling inquiries, assisting residents with various requests, managing package deliveries, and directing association-related matters to the management office.
The schedule for this role is Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and the position could be full-time or part-time depending on property needs. The work environment includes outdoor exposure year-round and requires the employee to be physically active, with duties involving standing, walking, lifting up to 25 pounds, and operating vehicles with both automatic and manual transmissions. This role demands a positive and professional attitude, strong communication skills in English, prior valet experience, and a willingness to support residents and team members consistently.
In this role, the Valet Attendant will demonstrate professionalism in maintaining the valet office, controlling keys and valet carts, enforcing community rules, assisting with emergency procedures, and keeping accurate records of deliveries and resident interactions. The position plays a critical role in maintaining the community’s safety and cleanliness, supporting package handling logistics, and ensuring visitors and residents receive courteous and efficient service. The ideal candidate is organized, trustworthy, and enthusiastic about contributing to the high standards set by KW Property Management & Consulting.
Joining KW Property Management & Consulting means becoming part of a company that values every team member’s contribution to delivering GREAT values daily—Greeting and smiling; Respectful interactions; Empowering proactive service; Accountability; Trustworthiness; and Transparency.
