Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
one year of customer service experience
valid driver’s license
ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
physical ability to stand, walk, and run for extended periods
willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
strong communication skills
ability to follow instructions and safety protocols

At least one year of customer service experience
exceptional communication skills
ability to deliver aggressive hospitality

familiarity with safety and vehicle handling standards

Job Duties

Acknowledge and greet guests within 30 seconds
provide professional, fast, fun and friendly service
park and retrieve vehicles
maintain pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with all guests, hotel staff and co-workers
practice AAA Basics
immediately secure all keys
adhere to AAA Parking uniform and appearance standards
ensure all guest valet experiences are memorable and unique
run fast to retrieve cars
drive slow when presenting cars
