Job Requirements
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent preferred
- valid driver's license required
- ability to drive manual cars highly preferred
- 2 or more years of prior relevant service experience preferred
- ability to work flexible hours
- strong customer service skills
- ability to handle physical demands of the job

Job Duties
- Warmly greet guests at the valet entrance
- provide courteous, efficient, and enthusiastic valet parking services
- collect vehicle claim checks and retrieve vehicles for departing guests
- accommodate guests requiring special assistance
- report issues or potential problems to security or supervisors
- assist in regulating vehicle movement to avoid congestion
- answer guest questions about hotel services and amenities
- resolve guest problems within scope or refer to supervisor
- report thefts or missing items to supervisor or security
- assist bellpersons with luggage as needed
