Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • minimum three years driving experience
  • ability to operate manual and automatic transmissions
  • valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
  • ability to work in fast-paced outdoor settings
  • tolerance for varying environmental conditions including noise, temperature, and air quality
  • capacity to perform physical activities including lifting up to 75 pounds
  • availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome guests professionally and warmly
  • unload luggage and assist with opening and closing vehicle doors
  • inspect and document exterior and interior of each vehicle for safety hazards and preexisting damage
  • safely park and retrieve vehicles without causing damage to vehicles, persons, or property
  • maintain accuracy in guest payment processing and vehicle key inventory
  • ensure vehicles are legally parked and maintain smooth traffic flow
  • follow up with guests to resolve requests or problems
  • document and report vehicle incidents such as damages, accidents, thefts, or missing articles
  • provide guests with directions, local areas of interest, or invitations to return
  • perform other duties as assigned to support efficient department operations
