Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- minimum three years driving experience
- ability to operate manual and automatic transmissions
- valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
- ability to work in fast-paced outdoor settings
- tolerance for varying environmental conditions including noise, temperature, and air quality
- capacity to perform physical activities including lifting up to 75 pounds
- availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests professionally and warmly
- unload luggage and assist with opening and closing vehicle doors
- inspect and document exterior and interior of each vehicle for safety hazards and preexisting damage
- safely park and retrieve vehicles without causing damage to vehicles, persons, or property
- maintain accuracy in guest payment processing and vehicle key inventory
- ensure vehicles are legally parked and maintain smooth traffic flow
- follow up with guests to resolve requests or problems
- document and report vehicle incidents such as damages, accidents, thefts, or missing articles
- provide guests with directions, local areas of interest, or invitations to return
- perform other duties as assigned to support efficient department operations
