Job Description

East Coast Valet (ECV), established in 1990 and based in Lantana, Florida, is a reputable and well-established valet parking service provider operating across Southern Florida. ECV has built a strong reputation for providing exceptional valet services to various high-profile locations, focusing on customer satisfaction and professional excellence. With over three decades of experience, the company prides itself on fostering a positive work environment, promoting employee growth, and maintaining a strong community commitment. The company culture is built on respect, inclusivity, and employee engagement, offering numerous benefits, incentive programs, and opportunities for career advancement. ECV is dedicated to the success and well-being of its team members, demonstrated through frequent company events, newsletters, and a management style that values direct interaction and support for all employees. Valet Park of America, the larger organization behind ECV, underscores its commitment not only to clients and customers but also to its employees and the community as a whole. The company has continued robust growth even through challenging economic periods, creating new opportunities for career development and stability for its workforce. Scholarship programs are also available, illustrating the company's dedication to employee education and advancement.

The Overnight Valet Parking Attendant role at East Coast Valet is a critical position designed for individuals who enjoy engaging with the public and providing efficient, courteous service while managing vehicles with care and professionalism. The primary working hours are overnight, from 11 PM to 7 AM, covering shifts on Monday, Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday nights, with flexible scheduling options available for part-time or full-time employment. Positions offer competitive hourly pay starting at $17 plus tips, and employees receive weekly payroll through choice of check, direct deposit, or pay card. The role requires strong physical endurance, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to operate vehicles, including standard transmissions after training, safely and efficiently. Attendants act as the visible representatives of ECV and its client establishments, greeting customers, parking vehicles, and promptly returning to assist additional patrons. Physical demands include standing for long periods, frequent running between station and vehicles, and assisting customers with items such as luggage and mobility devices. The outdoor nature of the job means attendants work in diverse weather conditions, maintaining professional behavior and commitment regardless of climate challenges.

Applicants should be at least 18 years old with a valid Class D driver’s license held for a minimum of one year, a clean driving record, and personal transportation. Experience in customer service and a neat appearance, along with a positive attitude, are essential. The company implements a mandatory criminal background check, a 30-day probationary period, and initial training shifts compensated at a higher pay rate without tips. ECV values veterans and active military personnel and accommodates flexible schedules, supporting parents and those interested in night or part-time roles. This position is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking to join a growing, employee-focused company with an emphasis on team culture and advancement.
