Job Requirements
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
- valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- ability to operate manual and automatic vehicles
- excellent customer service and communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations calmly
- physical ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy luggage
- must be 18 years of age or older
- knowledge of the local area and attractions
- must have stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight and run short distances
- must be comfortable working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions including hot and humid
- must have an open and flexible schedule that includes morning, afternoon, evening, weekend and holiday shifts
- previous experience in a valet or customer service role is preferred

- High school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival and departure with a friendly and professional demeanor
- safely park and retrieve guest vehicles in a timely manner
- assist guests with luggage and provide directions or information as needed
- maintain a clean and organized valet area
- ensure the security of guest vehicles and belongings
- communicate effectively with the front desk and other hotel staff
- provide exceptional customer service and address guest inquiries or concerns promptly
