This job opportunity at Boyd Gaming is for the position of Valet Attendant. The role involves managing the safe and efficient parking and retrieval of guests’ vehicles, providing top-notch customer service while maintaining the valet station area. Responsibilities include accurately assigning and verifying vehicle claim tickets during vehicle arrival and retrieval to ensure smooth operations. The attendant must also keep the driveway clear by managing the flow of vehicles that require or do not require valet services and maintain cleanliness and orderliness around the booth and valet area. A critical part of the job is to inspect vehicles for any pre-existing damage or damage occurring during the valet process and report these findings promptly to management. This role requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to assist management with additional duties as assigned. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience preferred but not mandatory
  • physical ability to perform duties including standing and walking for long periods
  • reliable transportation
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • valid driver's license
  • willingness to comply with all company policies and procedures

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in valet or customer service preferred
  • ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
  • physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • strong attention to detail
  • trustworthy and dependable
  • good driving record

Job Duties

  • Accurately assign and verify vehicle claim tickets upon arrival and retrieval
  • keep driveway clear of any vehicle that do not require valet assistance, clean areas around booth and valet area
  • inspect vehicle and report damages that exist prior to or after parking
  • other duties as assigned by management
