This job opportunity at Boyd Gaming is for the position of Valet Attendant. The role involves managing the safe and efficient parking and retrieval of guests’ vehicles, providing top-notch customer service while maintaining the valet station area. Responsibilities include accurately assigning and verifying vehicle claim tickets during vehicle arrival and retrieval to ensure smooth operations. The attendant must also keep the driveway clear by managing the flow of vehicles that require or do not require valet services and maintain cleanliness and orderliness around the booth and valet area. A critical part of the job is to inspect vehicles for any pre-existing damage or damage occurring during the valet process and report these findings promptly to management. This role requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to assist management with additional duties as assigned.
