Job Duties
- greet guests with gracious hospitality
- assist guests with luggage to and from rooms
- follow all service standards and protocols
- recommend hotel food, beverage outlets, and facilities
- assist with guest directions and service requests
- maintain cleanliness and organization of bell cart and storage areas
- move and park guest vehicles as required
