Job Requirements
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Ability to pass a background check
- Reliable transportation
- Customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to drive manual vehicles is a plus
- Ability to stand, walk, and run for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to safely handle and operate vehicles
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Job Duties
- Greet guests and provide a warm, professional welcome
- Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles
- Assist with directions, luggage, and guest needs
- Perform vehicle inspections and document existing damage
- Follow all safety procedures and key handling protocols
- Maintain awareness of surroundings and traffic flow
- Keep valet areas clean, organized, and professional
- Accurately track hours and report tips
- Support team members and assist with daily operations
